1. Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 10 days of the initial payment.

Eligibility

  • First-Time Purchases Only: Refunds apply to first-time purchases of a subscription plan. Renewals or repeat purchases are not eligible.
  • Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 10 days from the date of the initial purchase.

Refund Exceptions

  • Trial Subscriptions: If you subscribed after a trial period, the subscription fee is non-refundable.
  • Abuse of Refund Policy: Users suspected of abusing the refund policy may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

2. Cancellation Policy

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Terms

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but they will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Lock-In Period

Some subscription plans may have a lock-in period, which will be clearly communicated during the sign-up process. During the lock-in period, you cannot cancel without penalty, but cancellations can be scheduled to take effect at the end of this period.

3. Trial Periods

Occasionally, Sprongo may offer trial periods. Unless otherwise specified, all trial subscriptions will automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period. You may cancel your trial subscription at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

4. Subscription Modifications

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Adjustments will take effect at the next billing cycle:

  • Upgrades: If you upgrade, the new pricing will apply from the next billing date.
  • Downgrades: Downgrading to a lower subscription plan will also take effect at the next billing date.
