Click the video’s VS icon to compare two athletes’ video performances side by side. Or use Overlay mode to superimpose videos one over the other. It’s the ideal way to compare athletes’ performances at milestone moments, such as when passing specific gates in the downhill or jumping barriers in the 100-meter hurdles.
Select the ANGLE tool to measure one or more angles in degrees at which athletes lean or bend while competing — and give them precise feedback to help them track their improvement.
For a more advanced angle analysis you can utilize the AI posture analysis. It takes video analysis to the next level with easy analysis of angular measurements of an athlete’s legs, hips, shoulders and arms.
To help you get the most out of your video analysis, below are step-by step instructions for some of Sprongo’s features.
